IJEEE has been a forum for new developments in the teaching of electrical engineering and electronics at university and technical college level since 1963. It was founded in Manchester in 1948 as the Bulletin of Electrical Engineering Education. Contents and abstracts of issues of IJEEE published since 1999 are freely available on-line from Manchester University Press . On-line access to full papers is available to institutional subscribers of the print edition. Non-subscribers can purchase access on a 'pay-per-view' basis at Ingenta Connect.
