European Microwave Week: 9-14 October 2011

European Microwave Week continues its series of successful events, with its 14th at Manchester Central, Manchester.

Bringing industry, academia and commerce together, European Microwave Week 2011 is a SIX day event, including THREE cutting edge conferences and ONE dynamic trade and technology exhibition featuring leading players from across the globe.

The Conferences

Spanning the length of the week, starting from Sunday 9th October 2011, choose from 3 separate but complementary conferences, plus Workshops and Short Courses.

The Exhibition

The European Microwave Exhibition (11-13 October 2011) is central to the week.

EuMW Student Challenge

Furthermore, the fourth Student Challenge at EuMW2011 is to be held in Manchester and is aimed at bridging the gap between young researchers in academia and industry.

This competition is also an opportunity for students from all over the world with a variety of academic backgrounds to work together on a specific topic. The aims being to promote team working and active participation, skills the employers value highly.
