Biography
Rebecca received the M.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the Engineering Doctorate (Eng.D.) degree in Wind Energy COnversion Systems from The University of Manchester, U.K., in 2001 and 2006, respectively. She was appointed as a Lecturer at The University of Manchester in 2010.
