Crucial Guide Live 2011

Crucial Guide Live contains essential information for new and existing students of the University of Manchester. This includes information on registration and can be found on Student Net.

Students from Overseas

As a new overseas student you are likely to have lots of questions about living and studying in Manchester. We have a number of services to answer your concerns about travelling to Manchester and to help you settle into your new life as quickly and easily as possible.

- Arrival Guide

The arrival guide contains detailed information that will be useful when preparing your trip to Manchester, such as planning what to bring, the cost of living, health care and much more.

- Orientation

The orientation programme includes presentations, tours and social events to equip you with everything you will need to begin your studies at Manchester. The majority of events are organised by current students.

- Airport Pickup Service

The University also offers an airport pick-up service. You should book this service by 9th September to guarantee a place.
