Information for authors
To preserve the uniformity of all entries in the PGR poster conference all authors are required to use the template poster.

The deadline for submission of the poster abstracts is 14th of August 2009 and for the final submission of the posters is 14th of September 2009.
The posters will then go through a round of reviews from peer PhD students within the School of EEE while the final assessment will be done by the jury based on the assessment criteria. The jury will evaluate the posters by attending the poster presentations in the Entrance Hall at the Sackville Street Building.
- The conference will start at 11:00 and finish at 16:00.
- PGR and judges will be viewing the posters from 11:00 – 14:00.
- Prizes will be declared at 14:00.
- UG students and visitors to post graduate open day will be viewing the posters from 14:00 - 16:00.

Important note: All authors are to secure authorization form their possible industrial partners prior to submission of their poster.
