The IET Scholarships

Undergraduate scholarships for students studying in the UK or Ireland

The IET offers more than 70 scholarships (of up to £3,000 per annum) every year to students who are in need of financial support. You can apply for an IET scholarship if you are about to commence any IET accredited* MEng or BEng degree course and expect to achieve a minimum of three Bs in your A levels (or equivalent). Year 11 students (who have not yet selected a university course) are awarded scholarships with the provision that the course they commence in 2010 must be IET accredited.

Am I eligible?

• You can check whether your course is accredited by downloading the directory of accredited courses from the IET website (all of our courses are accredited).
• There is no need to become an IET member prior to application (all successful applicants receive free IET membership).
