University Open Days
The best way to get a feel for what The University of Manchester is all about is to come and visit us on one of our open days. Open days give you the chance to find out more about the type of academic and social life you can expect at The University of Manchester.

The Visit Day
The Visit Day gives applicants an opportunity to look around the School, see demonstrations and examples of the work in which our students are involved. You also get an opportunity to talk to some of our current students.
The Visit Day includes an interview with a member of academic staff providing you an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the course and the school. It also helps us to assess your suitability for the subject.
We invite all promising undergraduate applicants who are based in the UK to visit our department and attend an interview.
We usually hold these Visit Days on Tuesdays between November and March. Once we receive your UCAS application and you have been selected for interview we will email and invite you to the next available date.
