Professional biography

I have finished my PhD degree at The University Of Manchester in 2009 in “Atomistic Modelling, Segregation and Strain in Quantum Dot Lasers for 1.33 mm Operation”.
I received my MPhil degree in Photonics at City University London in 2007, and my MSc in Object Oriented Software Systems at City University London in 2002. I completed my BEng (Hons) Telecommunications and Computer Networks Engineering at London South Bank University in 2001.

  

Specific research interests

Atomistic modelling of semiconductors Materials, Segregation, elastic properties and k.p method for Electronic Structure calculation for group III-V Semiconductors.
