Master of Electronic and Electrical Engineering (MEng) with First Class Honours degree from University College London in 2007. Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
Specific research interests
Atomistic modelling using empirical interatomic potentials and ab initio Density Functional Theory applied to group IV and III-V semiconductors.
